The solution will offer more flexibility and choice for Employee Navigator clients, allowing them to provide a wider array of benefits options that fit the varying needs and preferences of their diverse employee base.

To simplify the process of offering and enrolling in benefits online, the partnership between Employee Navigator and Aflac will combine pre-defined products for Aflac’s over 100 life groups with Employee Navigator’s Marketplace. The Marketplace will launch with a portfolio of group insurance plans from Aflac, from which brokers and their clients can access with almost no setup. Initial enrollments, new hires, changes and terminations will automatically transmit to Aflac, so enrollment is seamless, and coverage is always up-to-date.
