When it came to this years’ conference, our design and marketing team set out to differentiate our conference brand from previous years, think outside the box and spice things up. After all it was our 5th Users Conference, so why not?

EN18 Design Case Study
Back in 2013, Employee Navigator put on its first Users Conference at the Omni Shoreham in Washington D.C. There were a total of 70 people in attendance. The event was designed to bring together Employee Navigator users and partners for three days of strategic sessions, product trainings and discussion panels.
Fast forward five years. 2018.
The Employee Navigator Conference is now averaging about 700 attendees, with 27,000 companies, representing roughly 3 million employees using us as their enrollment system. It has quickly become one of the largest Users Conferences in our industry. And let me tell you, insurance brokers like to party.

The integration will enable companies to offer their employees a menu of world-class benefit plans in an intuitive online marketplace. The solution will offer more flexibility and choice for Employee Navigator clients, allowing them to provide a wider array of benefits options that fit the varying needs and preferences of their diverse employee base.

To simplify the process of offering and enrolling in benefits online, the partnership between Employee Navigator and Aflac will combine pre-defined products for Aflac’s over 100 life groups with Employee Navigator’s Marketplace. The Marketplace will launch with a portfolio of group insurance plans from Aflac, from which brokers and their clients can access with almost no setup. Initial enrollments, new hires, changes and terminations will automatically transmit to Aflac, so enrollment is seamless, and coverage is always up-to-date.
