EN18 Design Case Study
Back in 2013, Employee Navigator put on its first Users Conference at the Omni Shoreham in Washington D.C. There were a total of 70 people in attendance. The event was designed to bring together Employee Navigator users and partners for three days of strategic sessions, product trainings and discussion panels.
Fast forward five years. 2018.
The Employee Navigator Conference is now averaging about 700 attendees, with 27,000 companies, representing roughly 3 million employees using us as their enrollment system. It has quickly become one of the largest Users Conferences in our industry. And let me tell you, insurance brokers like to party.

Aflac’s Everwell product is a Third Party App which allows for a real-time connection to occur between Employee Navigator and Aflac’s enrollment platform for their individual products, which is offered to groups with 3+ lives. This integration provides employees and enrollers an opportunity to enroll in core products alongside the eligible Aflac products. It also allows for enrollments to be processed directly within Aflac’s Everwell enrollment platform, complete product benefit underwriting, and capture & display enrollment details on Employee Navigator in one, seamless transaction.

- 1-click invitation for enrollers
- 1-click plan summaries
- 1-click eligibility
- Population of older Aflac policies in Employee Navigator
